Congratulations to Wood Badge S9-113 Scoutmaster David Keith on being one of three recipients of the Vulcan District Award of Merit. David was joined by two other Vulcan District Wood Badgers in receiving this award. They are Hunter Picket, SR-1047 participant and S9-1-12-1 Troop Guide and Terry Beckham, S9-1-12-1 participant.
