When you go to a Wood Badge course you spend 6 days on site at two different camps. You probably spend another day meeting with your patrol. You will put in some hours at Wood Badge.
Before you ever set foot in camp, probably before you even sent in your registration, the staff has already been hard at work. They have had conference calls, they’ve been through orientation, they had multiple weekends practicing and they have worked on their own at home making sure you have a fantastic time at Wood Badge.
From time to time I will post photos of staff in action, behind the scenes, getting ready for you to show up at Camp Sequoyah on September 12.
Here is the quartermaster staff from S9-1-12-1 setting up Gilwell at Camp Westmoreland.
