We took a quick family trip to Chattanooga at the end of spring break that, in retrospect, reminds of the upcoming Wood Badge course. Follow me here.
- We took off work at the end of the week.
- Our itinerary was fun and educational.
- We ate well!
- We came home on Saturday.
Now how can this be like the Wood Badge course this fall?
- You will take off the end of your work week and start Wood Badge on Thursday.
- You are going to learn a lot about building teams and leadership and you will have a blast doing it.
- You will eat well.
- You will be home on Saturday night.
I am writing this on a Saturday night and I am looking forward to decompressing from my vacation on Sunday. I’ll have the day to wash clothes, do some yard work, go to church, who knows what I’ll do. The day is mine and I’ve got time before I am back at work on Monday.
If you are on the fence as to whether you will attend Wood Badge S9-113, keep in mind this is a Sunday free course which gives you time to get back home, decompress and make it to church. It won’t happen again for a few years so sign up before it’s too late.
